Brook Arts Center, one of only eight surviving vaudeville houses and dating back to 1927, will offer performances starting in the spring of 2006 as it completes its complete renovation. It will serve as an arts incubator. Monthly stage productions including dramas, comedies and musicals. Home of the Alliance Repertory Theater Co.

This 984-seat theatre presents quality programming from around the world, with emphasis on offerings for children and families. Each season, the Nash Theatre presents the Major Artists Series, School Time Performances for teachers and their students, the Sunday Sampler Series for children 4 and up; and The Family Series for children 8 and up. Its performances include production shows from Broadway.

The Somerset Arts Association is attractively located in a former red brick school house in Bedminster. Its Johnson Gallery presents seven rotating exhibitions annually. SAA is dedicated to furthering awareness, education, participation, and understanding of the visual arts. The art school provides 90 classes quarterly for children, teenagers and adults. Other offerings include guest lecture series, art workshops, field trips to area museums and cultural events.

This 600-seat theatre in Bridgewater offers acting, musical theater and dance performances. The new Performing Arts Wing/Conference Center will be completed in the fall of 2006. The Bridgewater Jazz performances will resume its schedule in January 2006. The NJ Symphony Orchestra conducts its performances in this theatre, also.
