Public Affairs develops and advocates public policy and legislative positions or recommended action by the Executive Committee and Board of the Business Partnership. The Chamber works with Somerset County government, the business community, the municipalities and the school districts to promote tax stabilization and government efficiency, through local shared-services initiatives and cooperative agreements.

Tourism & Cultural Arts fosters economic vitality and enhances the Quality of Life in Somerset County through tourism, cultural arts, recreation, history, relocation, meeting and convention activities. It works with the hospitality industry to increase revenues and market exposure with a goal to support the Somerset County hospitality industry; promote the arts, culture, history and recreation; and market Somerset County as a destination for visitors and potential new residents.

Member Value & Engagement (Member Services) grows the organization by meeting the members' business needs with a heavy penetration in the Somerset County marketplace by enhancing service, programs, benefits, communications and marketing venues. Increase awareness of the effectiveness of the organization. It identifies and supports business issues critical to BP members while providing leadership development opportunities and educational forums.
